About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding benefits inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Answering employee questions about health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
- Handling escalated issues through multiple channels including phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Updating employee records and maintaining accurate benefit information.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
