Customer Service Representative - Edina Liquor

About the role

The position involves running a point of sale (POS) register, providing customer service, assisting with store cleanliness, and supporting management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run a POS register and provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Assist in keeping the store clean
• Interact with customers professionally, courteously, and helpfully
• Assist with delivery & sales support, including e-commerce POS system, phone inquiries, and order delivery
• Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Prior retail liquor experience or two years of general retail experience preferred

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds with reasonable accommodations
• Physical requirements include frequent bending, standing, and walking
• Work in a temperature-controlled indoor environment
