Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and their animals warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the clinic's calendar.
  • Processing payments, handling billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Communicating effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Providing excellent client service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous customer service or veterinary reception experience is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Mindset: A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people and animals.
  • Technology: Familiarity with veterinary or medical software is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
