The working schedule is approximately 35-40 hours per week and the two shifts are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and/or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with mandatory rotating weekends. The responsibilities for this position include: Providing friendly services to customers & company employeesKeeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet informationAnswering multi-line telephone systemDispatching service technicians using a GPS software programAssist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing.A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment.
