Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and friendly high-level customer service and support to customers and staff
  • Efficiently manage and maintain service schedules and appointments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties
  • Schedule service calls and maintenance appointments in Service Titan software
  • Billing and Collections
  • Review technician time sheets submitted daily
  • Aid in inventory purchasing, handling, and transactions
  • Other general office duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Courteous and friendly with excellent customer service/communication skills
  • Documentation skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills - strong listening and communication skills and patience
  • Ability to relate well over the phone and handle high volume phone calls
