Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and friendly high-level customer service and support to customers and staff
- Efficiently manage and maintain service schedules and appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties
- Schedule service calls and maintenance appointments in Service Titan software
- Billing and Collections
- Review technician time sheets submitted daily
- Aid in inventory purchasing, handling, and transactions
- Other general office duties as assigned

- Documentation skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent people skills - strong listening and communication skills and patience
- Ability to relate well over the phone and handle high volume phone calls
