Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone inquiries from participants and providers
  • Resolve calls to completion, including investigation and call back if necessary

Qualifications

  • Superior communication skills
  • Bilingual, preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of health insurance a plus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Microsoft Windows and Office experience
  • Ability to organize and multi-task

Work Experience

  • Experience in customer service call center or similar position
  • Experience in health insurance administration support or medical billing customer support

Work Schedule

  • Full time
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
  • Requires in-office days but also offers at-home flexibility

Pay

The current pay is $23.50 per hour. The pay rate offered is determined by the collective bargaining agreement and may be dependent on experience, education, location and other business factors.
