Customer Service Representative (DeForest, WI)
Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries from participants and providers
- Resolve calls to completion, including investigation and call back if necessary
Qualifications
- Superior communication skills
- Bilingual, preferred but not required
- Knowledge of health insurance a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Microsoft Windows and Office experience
- Ability to organize and multi-task
Work Experience
- Experience in customer service call center or similar position
- Experience in health insurance administration support or medical billing customer support
Work Schedule
- Full time
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Requires in-office days but also offers at-home flexibility

Pay
The current pay is $23.50 per hour. The pay rate offered is determined by the collective bargaining agreement and may be dependent on experience, education, location and other business factors.
