Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Salem Veterinary Hospital

Salem Veterinary Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the role

Our CSRs are often the first and last impression our clients have of our hospital. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for every client and pet while keeping our busy hospital organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help clients navigate their pet's care.
• Check clients in and out and process payments accurately.
• Communicate clearly with clients, doctors, and the veterinary team.
• Help manage appointment flow and keep the front desk organized.
• Assist with client questions, prescription requests, and medical record requests.
• Handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Support your teammates and jump in where needed to help the hospital succeed.
• Learn about veterinary services and preventive care so you can confidently assist our clients.

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $15.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
