Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the Role

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems accurately and handle transactions
• Manage merchandise and stock shelves
• Prepare food and beverages
• Perform cleaning duties and ensure product freshness
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in sales promotions
• Assist with store maintenance tasks
• When working as a Barista: brew coffee, restock supplies, and support cashier duties
• Night shift duties: deep cleaning and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in POS systems
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
• Effective communication in English
• Food Handlers Permit may be required
• Adaptability to various shifts and locations within the district

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a retail setting requiring:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Bending, stooping, and manual manipulation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.
