Responsibilities
- Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
- Processing orders & transactions.
- Answering questions about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Support Sales in all aspects.
- Provides information to other departments based on customer feedback.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area.
- Customer Centric attitude with professional demeanor.
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite – Outlook, Word & especially Excel in a SharePoint environment.
