Action Plumbing, a Helios Service Partners company, is a rapidly growing plumbing service company offering steady employment. Positions are expected to grow and we are actively seeking a few strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and emails
• Inputting new work orders into the system for dispatch
• Scheduling service requests
• Clerical duties and reports
• Back-up training in different departments

Requirements

• A dynamic individual who is a quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A strong decision-maker, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented
• Confident, organized, and forward-thinking
• Minimum of 3 years of office experience
• Past customer service experience preferred

Pay

$20-$22 per hour, depending on experience

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
