About the role
Seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to work in-office at the Bank's Retail Operations Center in Newburyport.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across a variety of inbound communication channels.
- Support both customers and staff by resolving routine account related requests.
- Answer questions and complete service related tasks.
- Support customers with a wide range of bank products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, digital channels and payment services.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
