About the role

Seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to work in-office at the Bank's Retail Operations Center in Newburyport.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service across a variety of inbound communication channels.
  • Support both customers and staff by resolving routine account related requests.
  • Answer questions and complete service related tasks.
  • Support customers with a wide range of bank products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, digital channels and payment services.

Qualifications
