Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish) - PART-TIME - Weekends

About the role

This is a part-time, hourly position. Compensation will be based on the qualifications of the applicant. This is a REMOTE opportunity in the United States; candidates must reside in the US and be work authorized. Visa sponsorship is not offered. The corporate office is located in Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional completion of call center representative functions.
• Receives customer telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner.
• Answers inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Responds to customer inquiries.
• Provides personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customer.
• Manages and updates customer profile with the status of each customer.
• Coordinates with departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Builds customer loyalty by meeting customer expectations.
• Evaluates problems of the customers and provides logical lasting solutions.
• Files disputes for customers in accordance with Regulation E.
• Replies to all corresponding email.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with other departments and management.
• Keeps supervisor informed of significant problems.
• Corresponds with Fraud Department of potential fraudulent activity.
• Maintains effective working relations with the operations department.

Requirements

• Customer Service Experience.
• English and/or Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
• Ability to share work among a customer service team.
• Attentiveness and patience.
• Time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Eastern Standard Time (EST): Shift 3 – Monday: OFF, Tuesday: OFF, Wednesday: OFF, Thursday: OFF, Friday: 12pm‑8pm EST, Saturday: 12pm‑8pm EST, Sunday: 12pm‑8pm EST
