About the Role
We have a full-time CSR position available at our Big Red Keno at 8100 Cass Street in Omaha, NE. This will be primarily nights and weekends. The CSR is responsible for taking care of our most cherished asset: our customers. Associates will interact with customers to ensure all their service needs are met. Our CSRs are responsible for multiple 'satellite' accounts, providing the highest level of customer service possible. This is a fast-paced and fun work atmosphere!
Responsibilities
- Abide by and understand all keno rules and regulations
- Promote positive public relations with guests
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Responsible for multiple accounts/locations
- Audit cash drawers
- Prepare operational reports
- Drive to the locations
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
