Customer Service Representative (Automotive Service Center)

Join a Growing Automotive Team! Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced automotive contact center team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping schedule vehicle service appointments, answering questions, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80-100 inbound customer calls per day
• Schedule vehicle service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after service appointments
• Update and maintain customer information in internal systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Assist customers with basic service and scheduling questions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems

Work Environment

You'll work in a modern contact center environment with your own workstation, dual monitors, and a collaborative team atmosphere. Our team is committed to providing excellent service while creating a positive and supportive workplace.

Schedule

• Training Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (one weekday off)
• 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
