The Customer Service Representative maintains a customer-focused, service-driven approach to issue resolution within the context of international education and study/work-abroad programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring service resolution remains traceable, with clear ownership, status, and next steps for all customer interactions.
- Reconciling documentation for work and study travel roles while tracking status and deadlines.
- Coordinating case management with deadline tracking to maintain visibility of pending actions.
- Reviewing documentation and generating reports to support service representation and compliance.
- Implementing quality control and workflow management to prevent errors and downstream rework.
Decisions must reflect the specific demands of the international education platform, keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions clearly separated.
Responsibilities
- Apply a customer-focused, service-representation work profile to resolve issues within the international education and study/work-abroad context.
- Maintain data accuracy, ensuring evidence and deadlines are tracked without omission.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for follow-up actions.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, relying on confirmed information rather than assumptions.
- Ensure all work is traceable, unresolved items have assigned owners, and repeated errors are surfaced proactively.

Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
