Responsibilities
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews, both positive and negative
- Provide general inbound customer service
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Home services experience or inside sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Conscientious team player
- Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude
- Ability to pass a clear background check and drug screen
- Reliable commute to or willingness to relocate to San Marcos, TX

Pay
