Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage phones, appointments, and in-person interactions efficiently.
• Discuss services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy.
• Support the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary client-facing role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Clear, kind, and professional communication skills.
• Genuine love for animals.

Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary software (Evet, Avimark, ezyVet, etc.) is a plus.
• Fear-Free Certification or interest in becoming certified is a bonus.
• Sense of humor and enthusiasm for a fun, collaborative team.

Schedule

• Full-time, Day shift, 10-hour shifts.
• Rotating weekends.
• No holiday shifts required.

Pay

Starting at $22 per hour, based on experience and skills.
