About the role
Westlands Water District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders efficiently and courteously.
- Manage water usage and allocations, including transfers and overuse.
- Handle accounts receivable, cash receipts, and delinquent accounts.
- Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Aid in the development and modification of customer accounting systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed one year of college (30 semester units) in Business Administration, Accounting, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in customer service accounting work.
- A valid California Class C Driver's License and an acceptable driving record may be required if the position involves job functions that necessitate driving, and no reasonable alternative transportation is available in terms of time or cost.
