About the Role

Vita Bella is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to support our patient monitoring team. This role is essential in ensuring patients have a smooth, supportive experience throughout their care—from onboarding to ongoing treatment support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide patients through the onboarding process and answer questions related to their membership and treatment
  • Monitor medication refill needs and follow up on refill requests with patients/providers
  • Absorb and track follow-up appointment scheduling and tracking
  • Communicate with pharmacy representatives regarding orders, delays, and updates
  • Cook with the medical team to relay patient updates and provider recommendations
  • Respond to patient messages in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Complete administrative and back-office tasks to support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, or patient coordination preferred
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with patient portals, messaging systems, and internal tracking tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups without dropping the ball
  • Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
