About the role
Village Capital & Investment LLC is a well-established mortgage company committed to delivering a quick, efficient, and quality mortgage loan process to our customers and business partners. We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, and USDA loans. Our headquarters are located in Henderson, NV. As a lender/servicer, we work with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers competitive rates and excellent terms.
Position Summary
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound calls from current and potential clients
- Placing outbound calls to follow up with clients on a resolution to their issue
- Aiding with their basic mortgage needs to achieve one call resolution
- Engaging in a meaningful conversation to build rapport and assist the client with all aspects of their mortgage
- Partnering with internal and external departments to resolve client issues

- Daytime hours from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Possess a strong work-ethic
- Must be attentive to detail
- Must be computer proficient (Excel, Word, Gmail, Google, etc.)
