Full-Time | In-Person | Pinehurst, NC Make a Difference Every Day At Veterans Guardian, we help veterans better understand the VA disability benefits they've earned through their service. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support veterans throughout their journey by answering calls, providing updates, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and making sure they know what comes next. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that involves spending most of your day on the phone and working within computer systems. You'll move between calls, Salesforce, documentation, scheduling, and internal communication throughout the day.
