As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting insurance agents with administrative tasks, building relationships with clients and assisting clients with payments & proof of insurance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to key 50 wpm
