Customer Service Representative

Tri State Distributors, established in 1983, is a leading supplier serving the LP gas, BBQ, and Hearth industries across the southeastern United States. The company values fair, dependable, and courteous service to all customers, with each branch operating as a free-standing profit center.

About the role

This is a full-time, onsite position at our Royston, GA branch. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, in pleasant working conditions with bonus potential and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Utilize provided reports to enhance inside sales
• Maintain an established customer base through weekly calls and emails
• Handle order entry and quote preparation
• Collaborate with the Outside Sales force

Prior scheduling, AP/AR, or HVAC experience is a plus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to consistently maintain orderly paperwork
