Customer Service Representative

Nantucket Memorial Airport is seeking a highly motivated & customer-focused individual to join our Fixed Base Operator team. The Customer Service Representative will provide front-line support to general aviation pilots, passengers, & crew. Responsibilities include processing aircraft fuel & service requests, coordinating catering orders, assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phones, & Supporting Parking Operations For Airport Patrons. Qualifications Minimum High School Graduate with 1+ years relevant work experience. Strong organizational, written & oral communication skills. Proficient computer literacy. Position Details: Hourly rate \$32.29 (new hires) - \$42.03 (employees hired prior to July 1, 2014) Position Type: Full-Time, LIUNA Union Schedule: 40 hours per week Benefits offered: Retirement pension through Barnstable County Retirement. 90% employer-sponsored health insurance plan options.
