Customer Service Representative

About the role

Working with an established client, TEKsystems is seeking experienced Customer Service and Call Center professionals to support their busy holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and voicemails
• Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates
• Research and resolve customer concerns regarding products, services, and orders
• Process customer orders and catalog requests
• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the order management system
• Document customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support customer needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Previous Contact Center or Call Center experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails
• Ability to work onsite in Toano, VA
• Must be available to work Black Friday

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (onsite in Toano, VA).
