About The Role
Suburban Pest Control is looking for a motivated, friendly, and goal-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team! If you're passionate about helping customers, enjoy solving problems, and are excited by the opportunity to drive results, they’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email in a sales and service capacity.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
- Use their CRM to create and send proposals.
- Follow up on quotes and ensure agreements are completed.
- Close sales efficiently and professionally.
- Review and reconcile sales reports.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
A person who loves talking on the phone and offering solutions.
A problem-solver with a positive, "can-do" mindset.
A clear, friendly communicator who connects easily with others.
Someone able to work independently while contributing to a team.
Someone with a GED or equivalent, with 3-4 years of stable work experience, including 2 years in sales.
Someone with a solid understanding of basic sales and customer service principles.
