Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Aid with dispatching and coordinating technician schedules
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Support daily operations within the customer service department
• Help provide a positive experience for every customer interaction

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Office, call center, or dispatch experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
