Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily office and customer-facing operations in Camden, New Jersey. This Contract position focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, documentation, and service-related transactions while maintaining a detail-oriented and compassionate approach. The person in this role will help manage records, process agreements and payments, and provide dependable support to the team. Responsibilities:• Respond to incoming calls and customer questions with courtesy, accuracy, and sensitivity.• Enter orders and service information into office systems while maintaining complete and accurate records.• Prepare and process purchase documents, payment transactions, paperwork, and service requests.• Stay current on office policies and service procedures to provide consistent information to customers.• Coordinate with field staff, supervisors, and administrative team members to ensure smooth service delivery.• Perform general clerical tasks such as handling correspondence, updating files, and organizing customer documentation.• Provide additional phone-based support for both inbound and outbound customer communication as needed. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related office environment. • Ability to manage order entry or transaction processing with strong attention to detail. • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email in a work setting. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a well-organized work style. • Ability to interact with customers in a respectful, compassionate, and service-oriented manner. • Retail or sales-related experience is helpful but not required.
