The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide administrative and operational support to our Crop Insurance division at Silveus Insurance Group, including Agents, Account Service Representatives (ASRs), and the Director of Processing.
Responsibilities
- Process policy information and maintain compliance requirements
- Support agency operations
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a State Insurance License within the first year of employment
- Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to support customers and build positive relationships
- Experience with data entry, customer service software, and business applications
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
