You’ll thrive here if you value trust, teamwork, fun, making an impact, and continuous learning. You’ll handle high-volume calls, manage customer accounts, provide product information, cross-sell, process orders, build customer relationships, resolve concerns, and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer high-volume telephone calls
• Maintain customer accounts
• Provide product and/or service information to customers; cross-sell
• Accurately order requested products
• Build and sustain relationships with customers
• Manage customer concerns and provide solutions when possible
• Receive payments by credit card for orders and invoice payments; notify appropriate parties
• Perform duties that may require sitting, stooping, lifting up to 15 pounds, typing, and effective communication
• Work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
• Excellent telephone skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Successfully perform quality work within deadlines with or without supervision
• Interact professionally and confidently with employees, customers, and contacts
• Work effectively as a team contributor and independently while coordinating efforts with others
