Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Process and track orders and warranties, as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with timely, effective solutions.
  • Proactively communicate with assigned customers through the order confirmation process.
  • Document all daily activity in CRM database to track calls and emails to customers.
  • Manage all outsourced products for assigned customers.
  • Process credit memos and audit orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with factory representatives in a clear and professional manner.
  • Complete, scan and file necessary paperwork.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Results-oriented while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills required.
