Responsibilities

• Develop, consult, and retain clients interested in purchasing insurance through Phillips Stafford Insurance Group.
• Work with clients in a professional and ethical manner, focusing on the area(s) of insurance you prefer.
• Assist clients with routine policy changes and answer general policy-related questions.
• Prepare quotes for new and existing clients under the guidance of agents.
• Provide feedback to management to help develop more efficient systems and improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Some previous insurance experience.
• Licensed in at least property and casualty and/or Life and health lines of insurance.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs, including the ability to learn proprietary web-based software.
• A needs-based sales process mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Licensed in property and casualty lines of insurance or willing to obtain a license within 4 months of starting.
