About the role

Tempe Honda, a part of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Customer Representative to support the dealership by working alongside sales, service, production, and administrative departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Responsibilities

  • Support the dealership by working alongside sales, service, production, and administrative departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by being friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and having a positive "team-player" attitude.
  • Ensure customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every step along their ownership journey.
  • Use MS Office Suite, CRM and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis.
  • Show strong work ethic and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

Pay

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.

The schedule for this position is typically full-time, with potential for overtime as needed.
