The Big Task

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers - providing 5-star service over the phone. You'll handle inbound calls from homeowners across our service area, listen to their needs, and convert them into book service appointments with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Deliver a welcoming and professional first impression on every call.
  • Listen closely to customer needs and book the correct service type.
  • Outbound calls to schedule member benefits.
  • Capture accurate information and enter it into our system efficiently.
  • Educate customers on available products, maintenance plans, and promotions.
  • Maintain communication with all departments, including management
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure.

Schedule

Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM & 1:00 PM–10:00 PM during the summer.
