Job Duties
- Greeting passengers on arrival at the airport
- Answering any questions passengers might have about their tour (flight)
- Checking in bookings and issuing boarding passes
- Keeping passengers updated on any changes to flight(tour) information
- Directing passengers to the correct gate for their flight
- Weighing and checking in luggage
- Responding in a calm and professional manner to customer complaints
- Auditing Flight manifests for accuracy
- Following security procedures
- Must be able to independently manage customer service resolutions
- Must also have previous experience with customer service resolutions regarding refunds, changes in flight information, flight rescheduling, and be able to work directly with the accounting department
Requirements and Experience
- A High School Diploma
- A valid unexpired driver's license or State ID
- Available to work Mondays through Sundays and for various shifts including early morning to late evening shifts
- Hours of availability must be from 5am to 9pm daily
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time
