Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with questions about services
- Become knowledgeable about our products and services to confidently assist customers
- Maintain and manage ESA (membership) programs
- Perform “happy calls” and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately take and relay messages
- Escalate customer concerns to management when needed
- Represent and promote the Nytech brand in every interaction
- Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service preferred, but not required

Pay
$19-22 per hour plus bonuses
