Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Hoffman Exterminating is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers
• Handle incoming phone calls, acting as a detective to determine problems and find solutions to every issue
• Assist in scheduling services, taking payments, and updating customer files
• Place outbound calls to connect with customers to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid
• Work in a team atmosphere to strive to meet the service center's goals each month
• Utilize computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to creating an awesome experience in every interaction

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed
