About the role
As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. You will serve as the first point of contact, addressing customer concerns, scheduling service, collecting payments, and updating files. Your role includes both inbound and outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are current. Success in this team-oriented position depends on your computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to creating an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, providing solutions to problems.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments and collecting payments.
- Update and maintain accurate customer files.
- Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
- Collaborate in a team environment to meet monthly service center goals.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to work a minimum 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed.
