Customer Service Representative

Customer Service$16–$25/hrFull-time

Responsibilities

  • Create World Class customer service experiences for customers with broken appliances.
  • Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer.
  • Schedule in-home service appointments with trained Appliance Repair Technicians.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed.
  • Manage inventory by receiving incoming parts, managing returns, and assigning inventory to jobs and technicians.
  • Show attention to detail by taking good notes to relay all relevant information to technicians and other staff.
  • Manage customer payments and payment information on file.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Previous office experience is a plus!

Benefits & Pay

  • Pay range: $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • No nights or weekends.
  • PTO: 5 days per year, plus sick days.
  • Health, Dental, & 401K benefits available after 90 days.
