Responsibilities
- Create World Class customer service experiences for customers with broken appliances.
- Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer.
- Schedule in-home service appointments with trained Appliance Repair Technicians.
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed.
- Manage inventory by receiving incoming parts, managing returns, and assigning inventory to jobs and technicians.
- Show attention to detail by taking good notes to relay all relevant information to technicians and other staff.
- Manage customer payments and payment information on file.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Previous office experience is a plus!
Benefits & Pay
- Pay range: $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- No nights or weekends.
- PTO: 5 days per year, plus sick days.
- Health, Dental, & 401K benefits available after 90 days.
