About the role

Full-time position with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. Prior customer service, office, or cleaning experience is preferred. This role is ideal if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can manage time effectively to meet deadlines. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about Molly Maid’s unique cleaning process, commercial-grade equipment, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain customers by answering phone calls with a smile and booking estimates and cleans for valued customers. Celebrate milestones as a team.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Build connections and show customers you care about their home.
• Promote our culture and team by embracing teamwork and energizing the team with a positive attitude.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and assessing needs through phone, email, and other channels. Resolve concerns cheerfully, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required.

Pay

Guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with the ability to earn up to $800.00 per week. Pay range for this position is $15–$18 per hour, dependent on experience. Paid weekly. Earn additional incentives by reaching weekly and monthly sales targets.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
