Job Duties
- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain a filing system.
- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
- Keep the reception area clean and clutter-free.
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, manner.
- Maintaining a professional, well-groomed, personal appearance.
- Effective and clear communication abilities to fellow employees and customers.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
