Job Duties

  • Build relationships & create customers for life.
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain a filing system.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
  • Keep the reception area clean and clutter-free.
  • Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, manner.
  • Maintaining a professional, well-groomed, personal appearance.
  • Job Requirements

    • Effective and clear communication abilities to fellow employees and customers.
    • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
    • Organization and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously.
