Responsibilities
- Track the Customer Service Representative workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
- Own routine issue resolution within approved authority.
- Document commitments and next actions clearly for team reference.
- Escalate complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
- Maintain handling of assigned customer or client requests.
Capabilities That Matter
- Use Follow-Up and Queue Management confidently in customer service representation.
- Apply Theme Park Travel Operations while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Document CRM decisions clearly for teammate understanding.
- Exercise sound judgment in Customer Communication, especially during escalations.
Schedule
Full-time, entry-level position.
Pay
Base salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year.
Work Arrangement
