About the role
The Lyons National Bank has a Full Time opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Penn Yan Branch.
Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries or requests for information.
- Completes the documentation and performs point-of-sale processing on all types of new accounts, including loans, deposits, etc.
- Provides direct service to customers of the bank with respect to deposit products, consumer loans, and services.
- Refers customers for Insurance Investments and Non-Traditional Bank Products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
