Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, and watering according to established schedules.
• Identify and treat weeds, grubs, and other pests in accordance with company standards.
• Apply appropriate treatments for soil health and water management needs.
• Communicate with clients about service plans and progress.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment properly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in lawn care or related field preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lawn care practices and techniques.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
