Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs and vehicle status
- Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM
- Follow up with customers after service visits
- Aid service advisors with customer communication and administrative tasks
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Automotive service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
