Position Summary

Lift Solutions Holdings provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions, including OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services, and parts for overhead cranes, rigging, and other lifting equipment. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and orders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acquire thorough knowledge of product line and services.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction; day to day interaction with customers, sales and distributors providing requested information and support relative to price, availability, quotes, and lead times.
  • Accepting and preparing orders, maintaining order files, invoicing, and satisfying request for order follow-up.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring options; implementing solutions; escalating unsolved discrepancies.
  • Process customer order returns, change requests, etc.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience, and/or inside sales or counter sales.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to be mobile throughout facility to communicate with other departments. Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for extended periods of time.
