Customer Service Representative
Lanz Heating & Cooling in Champaign, IL is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative - Office Assistant to support our office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client phone calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
- Notify clients of technician arrival times and any delays, rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Verify that services have been performed appropriately and ensure client satisfaction.
- Complete weekly budget revenue reports and promote Lanz Comfort Family Plans.
- Handle a variety of office duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Knowledge of the geographic area served.
- Map reading ability.
- Available to work Saturdays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate pending service calls.
- Cheerful, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
