What You'll Do

• Master our call script to sound like a pro and delight our customers
• Turn incoming and outgoing calls into booked service appointments
• Keep our customer database up-to-date with accurate information
• Constantly Communicate with your dispatch and leadership teams
• Tackle any other duties that come your way

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience in a call center environment
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping people
• Inside Sales or Customer Escalation team experience is a plus!
