Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, creating positive experiences from their initial outreach.
- Assist with service calls, attentively address customer needs, and coordinate next steps with professionalism.
- Engage current customers about maintenance opportunities to foster strong relationships.
- Accurately document key information to ensure a seamless experience for customers and team members.
Requirements
- Customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
