About the Role

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service support and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers. The position is compensated at an hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through incoming phone calls
• Determine and resolve customer issues
• Schedule services and collect payments
• Update customer files
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technician schedules and account payments
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet service center goals monthly

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed
